Flint Effects exists because we get excited about new possibilities that give us new ideas to run with. 

We are Matt Grover and Todd Novak, and we have been creating music and slinging “what if” ideas around together since 2010. We worked together in leadership roles at a prominent digital marketing agency for several years, with Matt in technology and Todd in creative and this partnership continues to provide balance to fuel ideas for Flint. 

Through years of gigging in bands we have encountered many situations where we thought a great idea would solve a certain gear-related problem or need. This became much more amplified with Todd’s podcast The Guitar Knobs were he has produced 300 episodes of interviews with builders of guitar gear and others who are shaping the guitar gear world.
